If you haven’t noticed, have been teaching workshops more and more. Most recently, I taught at a Fullosophie workshop with Jessie Black and Caitlin Flemming of Sacramento Street. We gathered at Jessie’s to die for store on Sacramento Street that is filled to the brim with cashmere and the most delightful fabrics. We talked about how less is more and if you carefully chose something (design elements, bed linens, flowers) try and buy the best quality you can afford. This is a theory I have been working at emboying after reading Marie Kondo’s book, The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up, which is really about how to get rid of everything you own and only keep what “evokes joy”. So, on that note, I’m off to clean out another drawer!
