April is here. I’ve been anticipating this month all year for the fact that it is going to be a very full month. I am trying to practice being present and not getting ahead of myself, but for any of you who know me, this does not come easy. Here is what I’ve been up to this week…
1. It was Easter and I spent it with a garden party at my Mother’s house. She graciously let me snip from her garden and enjoy the splendid bounty it is currently producing. Speaking of snip, how truly unique are these vintage french scissors that Jessie Black generously gifted me?
2. I finally made it to the Lines Ballet. The current season is truly an ambitious and powerful piece. I found myself quite taken with the costumes and how they simply stunning they are. I highly recommend the show!
3. This weekend will be spent working hard on our Bouquets to Art piece. It will be showing at the deYoung Museum next week Tuesday through Sunday. This will be my sixth time collaborating with my husband and it is always an honor to show our work in such a respected museum. Check their website for exhibition details and I suggest that you go early in the week and early in the day to avoid crowds.
Happy Weekend, Friends!
