jonquil’s on the bedside

Being a florist means getting to fill our homes with “wastage”. Lucky Jenny got to take home one of her all time favorites and bring a little sunshine to her bed side table. This would brighten my morning, wouldn’t it yours?

tulips. too good.

It’s Spring and that means that tulips are finally in their natural season. With greenhouse growers we are able to get them all year long but nothing quite says seasonal like seeing a flower in it’s most natural time of year. We are particularly fond of this variety which is sold with the bulb still attached. Nature’s perfection in a clear glass vase.

valentine’s day party time

Valentine’s Day is here! We’ve been getting up a ridiculous hour all week preparing for the big day. You may see our big flower heart over the mantle at Foreign Cinema and below the pop-up crew! Pot and Pantry smells as lovely as it looks today for our pop-up flower shop.

Come by today until 7pm to get some! And, then go home and get some.

Ring, ring.

Who’s there?

A fresh spring arrangement. That’s who.

a smattering of succulents

With this many varieties available, it’s hard to chose which variety I like best!

late winter at the market

It’s a special time at the flower market. With the end of winter upon us, spring flowers are starting to arrive each day and with them comes bright colors and lovely scents. We have been getting the most beautiful anemones and the ranunculus have just started. I have been enjoying pairing the end of winter paper whites with spring blooms for a true to season mash-up!

What says springtime more than tulips? We’ve been getting new varieties from Holland and the beautiful local blooms have just started, as well. Below you see the most beautiful ranunculus available at the market. Richard sells the best. We find our best designs by being inspired by what we find at the market and, well, we’re feeling inspired!
