weekly moments

IMG_8272Greetings from Colorado! This week was full of art, travel and family. Nothing really tops that in my book. Here’s what I’ve been up to.

1. We presented our piece for the Bouquets to Art show at the de Young museum. My architect husband and I have done it for six years and it is always an honor. Our piece was made of hundreds and hundreds of tulips, mockorange and cork. If you want to see it in person the show runs through Sunday and for more images from the exhibit take a look here.

2. I’m prepping for the Decorator’s Showcase which is taking place through next month. This is the 37th year that it will be happening and the forth year that we are designing for designers rooms. If you are interested in interior design and live in San Francisco, I recommend this.

3. So, back to the Colorado thing. I am at Dunton Hot Springs this weekend in beautiful south western Colorado. This state is truly a spectacular one. I am doing a wedding here with Alison Events in August and we’ve packed over 200lbs of supplies and taken the design show on the road. I cannot wait to show you what we have planned. It’s going to be sooooooo good. But for now, you’ll find me hanging in the tee-pee!

4. Next week we are prepping for Sammy’s wedding and flowering for a fun little Earth Day event with The Podolls.

Happy Weekend, Friends!
